Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eduwingz, we strive to provide transparent and professional counselling services for students seeking admission in engineering, medical, and other higher education programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.
1. Registration & Service Fees
• All students must complete registration and pay the required fees to access Eduwingz counselling services.
• The registration fee confirms the student’s enrollment for counselling, guidance, and admission support services.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
• Registration fees
• Documentation or processing charges
• Consultancy service fees once counselling has started
• Fees paid to third parties (universities, exam authorities, application portals)
These fees cover administrative work and counselling services already provided.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
• If Eduwingz is unable to provide the agreed counselling services.
• If the student cancels the service within 48 hours of payment and no counselling session or service has started.
• If payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred.
Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges (10-20%).
4. Situations Where Refund Will NOT Be Given
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Change of mind after registration
• Failure to secure admission in preferred college
• Student not attending counselling sessions
• Student providing incorrect documents or information
• Delay or rejection by universities or counselling authorities
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the student must:
1. Send an email to [your email]
2. Provide:
• Payment receipt
• Student name and phone number
• Reason for refund request
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
6. Refund Processing Time
• After approval, refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
• The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during payment.
7. Policy Changes
Eduwingz reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the website
